 Tom Johnston is the Executive
Director of Praxis, as well as a church planter and the
Lead Pastor of
Harvest Christian Fellowship
in
Manchester, NH. Tom has planted three churches with his
wife Cathy, with four more having come out of their
ministry. In addition, Tom has served as a
denominational leader for church & leadership
development, and is a trained NCD Coach-Consultant. He
coaches denominational leaders across the Body of Christ
in church multiplication systems. Tom has also developed
training curriculum for leadership development and
church multiplication as well as providing mentoring,
training and coaching for church planters from emerging
generations.

 Mike Chong Perkinson is
the Lead Pastor of
Living Hope Fellowship in Union City,
CA. He is also the Church Development Coordinator for
the Western Region of Foursquare Churches and serves as
a Divisional Superintendent for the South Bay Area
District of Foursquare Churches. Mike teaches at Patten
College in Oakland, Ca. as well as various schools of
ministry throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He is
also the Director of the School of Leadership
Development and has helped start numerous institutes
throughout the western United States. Mike holds an MA
from Fuller Theological Seminary.
