    For Whose Gain?

    Self-Sustained or God Sustained?

    by Mike Chong Perkinson

One of the greatest struggles we face as leaders, for that matter as Christians, is that our fallen human nature, motivated by fear, causes us to lean upon ourselves and draw upon our own soul strength, upon our talent, gifts, knowledge, magnetism, eloquence or cleverness.

    Flow

    by Tom Johnston

When it comes to ministry, we try so hard. We want to "make it happen," or "git `er done." While I admit hard work is part of ministry - and life in general - the most fruitful times we experience are the result of not our action alone, but rather when we are acting in concert with God. I call it being in the flow.

    Project OneEight

As we rush towards the Christmas season, why not give a gift to Jesus and His kingdom by funding a church planting apprentice in the Philippines? Funding a year of training for just $250 is a way for you or your church to give beyond yourself, your family, and even your country.
