Greetings, Welcome to The Uprising, the newsletter from Praxis. The positive buzz from the first two editions has been incredible, so we are pressing forward to bring you the “News of the Revolution.” Check out the training and resourcing available in this month’s issue. Tom Johnston & Mike Perkinson
April 1 - Manchester, NH. There is
still time to register for this very special
training event. As Pastors and leaders we are in the
“business” of making disciples. So, how’s business?
The Pilgrimage is a simple, reproducible pathway
for Pastors and church leaders to use in
implementing quality discipleship in their churches.
All about relationships, Pilgrimage will show
you how to help people love God, love others and
make more disciples. On the West Coast? Check
out The Pilgrimage in Newark, CA on June
24th.
May 9-11 - Manchester, NH. Planning to
plant a church in the next 18 months? Then The Quest
is for you. Learn to partner with Jesus in
building the organic body of Christ. Quest gives the
planter and their core community the tools they need
to get the job done. This three-day intensive is
non-model specific, culturally neutral and driven by
principles directly from the ministry model of
Jesus. The focus is on evangelism and
discipleship process and how that applies to a
church planting environment. We also have a special
training track for denominational leaders looking to
use The Quest training process in their ministry.
Registration deadline for planting teams is April
7th.
UPDATED! We’ve updated the Trilogy Resource Stream with a number of new items. Check out all that is available in each of these categories:
